B2B-EDV.de represents with its IT-services the qualified Business offers on technical services of the Bindig Media Group.
The enterprise establishes itself since 2004 successfully in the customer range of small and medium-size enterprises and offers beside the line of business specific system house solutions, an excellent quality in the conversion of the planned activities. The requirements are on the level of a local spreading system house.

Workflow/work routine

1. On site analysis
To be able to offer a professional consulting and planning we need a sovereign basic collection of the existing infrastructure and the customer’s request. We prefer in the context of a pre inspection to collect and document the necessary information (actual state analysis)

2. Establish a bill of quantities / product requirement specifications / offer
On the basis of the edified data, alternatively also due to true to scale plans we provide an exact requirement profile in form of product requirement specifications. This serves above all a neutral advertisement basis for the IT-project concerned. Naturally we provide you also a personal offer for the planned achievements.

3. Preparing activities
After placing an order structured preparations for conversion within the prescribed period an efficient proposal is made.

4. Conversion
Completion and realization of the agreed upon measures.

5. Function test / documentation and delivery
Completion of the order with mandatory function test as well as following delivery. If necessary, demanding corrections are taken into account in this phase. Already beginning with the actual state analysis, before beginning of order, we pay attention to the complete documentation of our work, in order to ensure maintenance of the existing system at any time person independent.
