We are at the disposal to our customers on workdays from 08:00 to 18:00. In this period you reach us country wide by the indicated telephone number. For urgent affairs we are available also beyond the office hours with our local emergency service in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich and Leipzig. By means of remote maintenance, a fast solution of urgent problems is also possible in other areas.
